Welcome !

Troop 69 is a very active boy run scout troop comprised of an enthusiastic group of scouts and adults.

We are very proud of our advancement program, where dedicated adults work with scouts at all levels of advancement to help keep them on track to meet their goals.

Our troop offers:

A Boy led troop where members learn to lead in a safe environment

A strong advancement program

At least one outdoor activity each month

Summer camp

A high adventure summer activity for older scouts

Troop 69 can always utilize adult volunteers! We will find something to match your talents and time commitment.

If you want to assist with scouting skills, mentor a patrol, mentor a scout in a leadership position, teach a merit badge, assist on a campout, drive to a campout, plan a campout, coordinate an event, assist at an event, assist at summer camp, maintain a database, update a calendar, create informational material, collect or process payments, create or collect forms, coordinate transportation for an event, prepare or distribute awards, inventory troop gear, or recruit or train other volunteers, we have a position for you!

Troop Committee Challenge Training

All adults who have not had the opportunity to complete the online training course "Troop Committee Challenge" will have a unique opportunity to complete this course ON MONDAY EVENING, APRIL 29th, from 7:30 - 8:00 P.M. The training video will be shown in one of the MYC classrooms during the regular troop meeting. ALL ADULTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO TAKE THIS TRAINING AND REGISTERED COMMITTEE MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE THIS TRAINING.

Troop 69 belongs to the Milton District which is part of the Atlanta Area Council which is part of National BSA.

For those in the Order of the Arrow, the Soquili Gvnagei Chapter belongs to the Egwa Tawa Dee Lodge which is part of Section SR-9 which is part of National OA.
