Welcome to Troop 69!

 Welcome to Troop 69!

Troop 69 is a very active and outdoor-based troop comprised of enthusiastic scouts and adults.

We are boy-lead and parent supported. We are a group of families who believe in giving our time and talents to help develop our boys through the scouting program.

We are very proud of our advancement program, where dedicated adults work with scouts at all levels of advancement to help keep them on track to meet their goals.

Our troop offers:

  • A Boy led troop where members learn to lead in a safe environment
  • A strong advancement process including a first-year program designed to help them cement their scouting journey.
  • At least one outdoor activity each month
  • Annual beach trip and ski Trip
  • Summer camp: Woodruff, Powhatan or Summitt Bechtel
  • A high adventure summer activity for older scouts every year: New Mexico, West Virginia, Florida Keys or Minnesota.
